Bob & Dee

Bob and Dee completed the 12 week “Living Wellness” Program with Donna. Together we have lost 41 pounds in 12 weeks. Resting blood pressure and pulse are significantly lower. Bob's HDL cholesterol (the good kind) increased from 28 to 40. That's good. Bob's snoring and sleep apnea are greatly improved. Dee decreased the number of prescription medicines and supplements from 11 to 5. Bob decreased the number of prescription medicines and supplements from 12 to 9.  ($$$$) Our clothing fits better - down 2 sizes. Dee’s hair is thicker and healthier. We feel that Donna really cares about us and customized an exercise program to our abilities and motivated us to do our best and keep at it!

I always thought I knew how to eat but “Living Wellness” showed me the healthy way to eat.  This plan also included exercises and strength training which prepared me for 5K events. This year I did the Dirty Girl 5K obstacle course and a 5K in St. Cloud. Next year I will be 67 years old and I will be doing the Dirty Girl 5k Obstacle course with my daughter and granddaughter (3 generations)!

I would not have been able to do these events before training with Donna and doing the Living Wellness Book Club and program.


Donna has been coming to my home for over two years. Donna will motivate you, and she'll help you connect with your body. It isn't always pretty, but she mixes it up and makes it fun. Yeah, FUN! In respect to an exercise program Frank’s goal is to have a healthy and active lifestyle in his retirement.

He lifts weights 3 times a week and is always looking for ways to improve his strength and balance. Frank is a amazing and I love working with him and other seniors.

In the summer of 2012, I traveled to the African country of Zambia on a three week mission trip. We walked everywhere. This was no problem for me. At age 70, I was the oldest in the group, I never lagged behind, nor did I feel tired. I attribute this to the regular exercise in “Waterworks” class and to the individual training sessions with Donna.

September 2010 = Time for a permanent change. Throughout my life I had gained and lost weight. I had those totes in the basement. You all know which ones I’m talking about: the "skinny" clothes that I hoped one day to fit into again. It became clear when I was going through the skinny tote that so much time had passed since I last fit into those items that they were completely out of style. It was time for a change, time to do it right, time for me!

. Donna was instrumental in teaching me proper form, how to utilize the equipment, and keep my routine interesting and holding me accountable for my work and the failures that do occur. I now can comfortably walk into a weight room and successfully use the equipment there, or complete a cardio routine knowing that I attained the proper heart rate and duration. To date I have lost 35 lbs, 35 inches, and decreased my body fat by 9%. My BMI is now within normal ranges as is my total body fat. I can see toned muscle throughout and dropped 4 jean sizes! I'm confident with Donna's help I will reach my overall end goal of 40lbs. I can't begin to tell you what a new lease on life I have gained through her instruction and our combined hard work. Weight loss and overall body development is not a quick fix. It takes time, effort and proper training. Proper diet and exercise are vitally important for overall health. Your life, personal satisfaction and family are worth every penny of an investment in personal training. Donna will meet and exceed your expectations, I would strongly recommend consulting with her today. It's never too late to start, I'm proof of that.

Donna was key in teaching me how to properly use the equipment for best performance and result.
